Over all these years, I had the opportunity and privilege to work with many people who complained of symptoms of anxiety and depression, and I could see a central tendency in the development of these two emotional disorders:

Psychotherapy has been the main way to bring about changes in the lives of people who suffer from low self-esteem.
But, as it is an individualized process, its scope, unfortunately, is limited.
I always wanted to expand the chances that more people could benefit from the knowledge of Psychology and produce changes in their own lives.
